UX-AI Researcher with over 20 years in digital space living in Brisbane, QLD Australia. He merges his strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative user-centred design (UCD) research with AI technology, delivering impactful insights and innovative solutions. His work ethic: Outcome over ego! While AI can be a powerful assistant in UX research, he firmly believes that AI cannot replace studies with real users. Their feedback remains crucial for creating meaningful, human-centric experiences. In his view, maintaining the integrity of human-centred design (HCD) research is paramount, even as he leverages AI technology to drive innovation and enhance user experiences.
