Satisfaction levels and employee names are updated in the PostgreSQL database, with clear and insightful charts provided for HR to make informed decisions. Additionally, we employed meticulous prompting with one-shot learning to enhance the Large Language Model's ability to accurately classify sentiments within conversations. Furthermore, our project is well-suited for integration into IBM's Human Resources Process Automation.
