About me

I am an aspiring computer scientist with a deep passion for technology and a commitment to lifelong learning. My journey has been marked by a dedication to overcoming challenges and excelling in both academic and professional arenas. I am eager to apply for the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program to further develop my knowledge and skills. Successfully completing my O'Levels during the COVID-19 pandemic taught me resilience, flexibility, and perseverance. Despite the difficult circumstances, I remained committed to my education and personal growth, essential qualities for a career in computer science. Engaging in extracurricular activities such as art competitions, essay writing contests, debate competitions, and the Nebula Science Fair has enriched my academic experience. These activities have sharpened my critical thinking skills and allowed me to explore my interests in a multidisciplinary context. Professionally, I have worked as a logo designer and video editor, refining my skills in Canva and digital design. Additionally, my role as a social media content creator and marketer has honed my communication and organizational skills. Currently, I am interning at an immigration agency, where I am gaining valuable insights into operational processes. My long-term goal is to work in cybersecurity and pursue a master’s degree in the field. As the first woman in my family to pursue a STEM career, I am determined to break barriers and inspire future generations.
