Employee on daily basis ask questions from HR about the information related to company policy, medical and leave policy. HR faces this overwhelming to respond the same question to different employee on daily basis and that also requires HR to leave their current important tasks and reply to employee. Employee also waits for the HR to respond, sometimes it is important to have knowledge/information available right on time. But due to HR busy schedule they don't get respons on time and this makes employee experience bad. So since both parties HR and Employee gets involved both suffers from this situation. Here desk duty comes in and solves the problem for both parties. Desk duty respond in real-time to the employees question, and also provide the relevant information.
