I'm Juan, and I studied Mechanical Engineering at UPC and did my final project at NTNU in Norway. I also have a Master's degree in Visual Analytics and Big Data from UNIR, and I'm currently studying ThePowerMBA Future Leaders program.
Currently, I work as a TIC Consultant at EQtic, where I define technological plans and develop TIC consulting projects, as well as optimizing processes and creating information system director plans. Previously, I worked at INDRA as a Process Engineer, leading digital transformation projects in the back office of banking and legal services.
In my previous experience at RIPLEY Bank in Lima, Peru, I led a Lean Six Sigma optimization project that achieved a saving of $200,000.
I have lived and worked in various countries, including Norway, Peru, and Bulgaria, which has allowed me to improve my English skills and develop skills such as problem-solving and adapting to new environments. I am also a sports enthusiast and an avid reader of personal development books, such as "Flow" by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg, and "Thinking, Fast and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman.
