NarrativeOS is a cinematic AI-native repository intelligence and governance platform powered by IBM Bob. It transforms repositories into living, explorable software systems through interactive architecture visualization, orchestration streams, impact simulation, governance overlays, and AI-guided walkthroughs. Developers can paste a GitHub repository link into NarrativeOS and instantly experience a spatial architecture map that visualizes repository structure, dependency flows, execution layers, and governance risks through an immersive AI-native interface. NarrativeOS features a live orchestration stream where IBM Bob acts as the intelligence layer analyzing repositories in real time. Repository graphs progressively materialize while StoryMode guides developers through architecture flows, dependency relationships, and critical services. The platform also introduces predictive architectural observability. Developers can simulate repository changes using natural-language prompts and instantly visualize blast radius propagation, dependency activation, and governance warnings directly on the graph. To support enterprise workflows, NarrativeOS includes governance overlays, Bob-powered findings, “Fix with Bob” remediation flows, architectural drift visualization, and exportable audit reports. The system supports curated repositories with premium intelligence packages as well as lightweight unknown repository analysis using dynamic graph generation and fallback orchestration pipelines. NarrativeOS is built using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, React Flow, lightweight repository parsing, and IBM Bob integration layers. NarrativeOS reimagines software understanding by giving IBM Bob a cinematic spatial operating system for repository intelligence and governance.
