About me

I am retired after 40 years of work in digital payments, always in startups. You can blame me for many things when you make a payment with your credit and debit in physical stores around the world, especially, when you NFC tap your card or mobile to pay! In 1983, I started my career as a project engineer in a tiny startup, and left it as a Unicorn acquired by a much bigger company after 15 years. In early years, I did programming in Pascal, Z80 Assembly and C languages. Then moved into system product development, product management, business development, sales, and executive management. I do have couple of dozens of US patents granted. I am intrigued with Gen AI and want to learn, so I plan to participate in this Hackathon, and see how I can be lot more creative again.

Our system will use Gemini AI to analyze product descriptions, and Compare different products and identify the best value proposition. Review product reviews by previous buyers and the repeat purchasing pattern by the same buyer. Recommend superior alternatives based on user preferences and market trends. Allow users to input information about their personality traits for personalized recommendations. Provide an insightful report explaining the reasoning behind each recommendation.
