In many parts of the world, internet access remains limited due to poor infrastructure and lack of funding, while affluent regions enjoy high-speed internet at high costs without further infrastructure needs. Our project proposes a sustainable, scalable funding model to bridge this digital divide. By adding optional premium fees to internet bills in affluent regions, funds are allocated to cryptocurrency mining operations. The mined cryptocurrency is then directed to internet development projects in underdeveloped regions. To ensure maximum impact, machine learning algorithms optimize resource allocation, prioritizing areas with the highest connectivity needs. This innovative approach creates a self-sustaining system that empowers communities and promotes global digital inclusion.
