AgriConnect is an AI-powered agri-fintech platform that connects smallholder farmers, NGOs, and financial partners through verifiable, climate-linked USDC payments. It unites AI analysis, ESG verification, and secure escrow so every verified climate or productivity milestone earns a transparent digital reward. Farmers submit soil and field data through AgriConnect, while NGOs like WWF Zambia review and verify it using AgriVerifier. Once approved, Arc’s on-chain AI agent and Circle’s USDC wallets automate conditional payments held in escrow by Standard Chartered Bank. Field audits remain essential, but AgriConnect streamlines them with AI-assisted summaries, digital trails, and verifiable proof, cutting time and cost while increasing trust and traceability. The system combines: • AI models for soil and productivity insights • Blockchain (Arc) for transparent verification • USDC (Circle) for programmable climate-finance rewards By bridging these layers, AgriConnect strengthens accountability, speeds disbursements, and builds confidence that funds reach real impact on the ground. It directly supports SDGs 1 (No Poverty), 2 (Zero Hunger), 13 (Climate Action), and 15 (Life on Land). As its creator, I drew on my background as a soil scientist from the University of Sydney who has walked Zambian fields and seen farmers innovate with limited resources. Learning AI and blockchain showed me how invisible work could become visible proof. AgriConnect is the culmination of that journey — where data, finance, and impact converge. It’s more than an app; it’s a statement that technology can humanize sustainability. Farmers are the frontline engineers of climate resilience. They deserve systems that see them, reward them, and trust them — and that’s exactly what AgriConnect delivers.
