Instead of relying on a single AI assistant, Arora Labs uses role-based agents—such as CTO, planner, frontend developer, backend developer, and documentation writer—to break down ideas, assign tasks, and build complete solutions efficiently. From understanding user requirements to generating architecture, writing code, designing interfaces, and creating documentation, the agents work together in a coordinated workflow. The platform aims to transform how software is built by enabling faster development, reducing manual effort, and automating complex engineering processes. Users simply provide an idea or project requirement, and Arora Labs organizes the workflow, distributes responsibilities among AI agents, and delivers structured outputs like prototypes, applications, APIs, or documentation. By simulating a full engineering company powered entirely by AI, Arora Labs creates a scalable, intelligent, and collaborative ecosystem for autonomous product development.
