Health: Mental Health Check In App

Idea:
Create an application that allows users to check in on their mental health. Vectara can analyze their responses and provide resources, coping strategies, or recommend professional help if needed. The app offers a conversational chatbot that allows users to open up and chat with our bot.
 
How to Solve:
Train Vectara on a dataset related to mental health symptoms, coping mechanisms, and available resources. Implement a conversational interface for users to express their feelings. Use semantic search to provide articles, self-help guides, and contact information for mental health professionals.

Mental Health App: Lab AI hackathon; 

Features: 
1. Check in regularly on how are you feeling? 

2. Reach out to mental health profession. (AI)

3. Uses AI to determine level of severity if considering suicide -> Send Alert to emergency contacts. (AI)

4. Conversational chat bot that learns based on users data. ( Get's custom made for you as time goes). (AI)

5. Great UI and user friendliness. 

6. Push notifications and reminders to help keep user active. (End of day and beginning of day)

7. Generate a list of activities to make users active. (example, take a walk listening to this). Encourage human interaction.
