 A potential app using NLP and machine learning algorithms could address bias and discrimination in job descriptions by analyzing the language used in job descriptions and providing suggestions for more inclusive language. ​

Our app would suggest changing gendered pronouns to gender-neutral language and replacing language emphasizing masculine traits with language emphasizing job skills. The app could also provide real-time feedback and would need to be trained on a diverse dataset of job descriptions and language guidelines. The app has the potential to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and increase the number of qualified candidates from a broader range of backgrounds.

NLP/ML app fights job desc bias and suggests inclusive language (neutral pronouns, skill emphasis) with real-time feedback & diverse dataset training. Promotes diversity, and expands candidate pool.
