LifeVault- AI-Powered Medical Histories

Our project is a web-based platform that revolutionizes medical record digitization. It allows users to upload post-surgical documents (PDFs or images) via an intuitive interface. These documents follow a predefined structure compatible with our AI system, which extracts key medical details such as patient name, age, symptoms, medical history, diagnoses, and treatments. The extracted data is converted into a standardized JSON format and securely stored in MongoDB for efficient management and retrieval. By automating transcription, our solution reduces errors, saves time, and ensures quick access to accurate, well-structured data. The integration of AI ensures high accuracy and adaptability to new formats, while MongoDB provides scalability for managing large datasets. Our project is enhanced by partnerships with Volmand, Mozart, New Digital Trade Coalition INC, Ciudad Bótica, and others. These collaborations bring expertise and resources to refine our platform, expanding its potential impact on healthcare systems. Together, we aim to simplify medical record management, improve healthcare data accessibility, and enable professionals to focus on delivering quality care while patients benefit from better continuity and safety.
