Galera.ai is an innovative AI-powered cloud storage service designed to revolutionize traditional gallery and storage solutions. Leveraging advanced artificial intelligence, Galera.ai performs automated image captioning, generating precise and contextually rich descriptions for each image. These descriptions are then efficiently stored in a vector database using Chroma, ensuring rapid retrieval and seamless organization. By integrating cutting-edge AI technology, Galera.ai enhances user experience, making image storage, search, and management smarter and more intuitive.

Galera.ai employs Llama3 for query translation and Gemini 1.5 Flash for image captioning, ensuring high accuracy and performance. Firebase Storage is used for temporary storage, acting as a medium to transfer images from server to client seamlessly.

Future Plans: Galera.ai aims to expand its services to mobile devices and incorporate lightweight image captioning models like MiniCPM-v-2, further enhancing accessibility and efficiency.
