BuildGreen AI 🌎  is an AI-powered software to analyze and manage compliance with different sustainable building certification standards. Users can upload their property documentation in PDF format, and the application extracts the text for further analysis. It currently supports compliance analysis for LEED, BREEAM, Energy STAR, Green Globes, and ISO 14001 standards. The application uses AI-powered natural language processing and OpenAI models like GPT4 to identify compliance issues and provide recommendations in bullet points. Users can track their progress towards obtaining the certification through a checklist of pre-determined compliance criteria and mark them as "Not Started," "Pursuing," or "Completed."
