We propose an artificial intelligence tool designed to record remote medical consultations between patients and doctors. Following the consultation, the tool generates a summary encompassing the discussion's key points, including medical instructions, advice, and prescriptions provided by the doctor to the patient, along with details about prescribed medications and their usage. After the consultation concludes, the summary is presented to the doctor for review. Upon approval, it is then sent to the patient. This tool integrates with various healthcare platforms offering medical consultations, such as the Ministry of Health, sanar, cura and Aafiya. Moreover, within the patient's medical records on the platform, the patient can access the summary at any time. This feature ensures maximum benefit from the consultation
