The AI-Powered Meeting Insights and Summary Generator is an innovative solution that transforms how organizations handle meeting data. By utilizing the AMI Meeting Corpus, which includes both audio recordings and corresponding transcripts, the tool processes and analyzes meeting conversations to generate accurate transcriptions, concise summaries, and actionable insights.

The project is built using IBM’s Watsonx platform, specifically integrating the Granite model to ensure high-quality natural language understanding and generation. The process involves transcribing meeting audio files using Whisper, tokenizing the text, and applying generative AI models to create summaries. This solution significantly reduces the time spent on reviewing meetings and enhances productivity by automating the extraction of key information.
