GenMail is an innovative email writing tool that leverages the power of advanced language models to enhance the efficiency of email creation significantly. Designed to address common challenges such as time consumption, constant tab-switching, and repetitive tasks, GenMail offers a streamlined solution for professionals seeking to optimize their email workflows.

At its core, GenMail provides an integrated platform where users can effortlessly generate, edit, and send emails. By utilizing sophisticated LLMs for text generation, the tool enables users to quickly create well-crafted email content based on their input and preferences. This eliminates the need for manual drafting and repetitive copy-pasting, saving valuable time and reducing errors.

Users can manage their recipient lists through CSV uploads, customize their email content with advanced editing capabilities, and integrate professional email signatures to maintain consistent and polished communication. The seamless in-app sending functionality further simplifies the process, allowing users to handle all aspects of their email correspondence from a single platform.

GenMail is built using Streamlit, which provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface for email management. It incorporates IBM Granite for robust text generation, ensuring high-quality content creation. Additionally, Streamlit Quill is integrated as the text editor, offering rich text editing features that enhance the customization of email content.

However, GenMail does have some limitations. It currently supports only Gmail accounts, restricting its use for those with other email providers. Additionally, users must manually provide their email and app password, as the tool does not yet support automated or secure authentication methods.
