HR assistant automates candidate screening, an employee gets various questions on the area of his specialization and all HR managers have to do it is just selecting appropriate candidates and invite them to secondary interview if he is still left with questions. Before submission, a candidate is informed whether he is recommended or not to apply for a job. The status of each candidate is displayed, an employer sets particular standards of candidate selection.
In addition, users can browse available vacancies beforehand, ask the bot to recommend suitable vacancies based on the data provided by possible applicants. They can all receive information about the company, explore what an assistant can do and request an application sent.
The bot may reduce HR workload and speeds up hiring, with broad information about vacancies provided.
