Mimir helps community owner to manage their community by answering questions. The problems with managing the community in Discord are: - Answering the same questions multiple times (5-17 times a week). - As a community, it has diverse members who come from different time zones so that they can ask questions anytime. Mimir can learn to answer questions from: - Documentation (Gitbook, Notion, website, etc). - Announcement Channel. - Admin answers. - Feedback from thumbs up/down (periodically) Mimir can understand questions/triggered by: - Question mark "?" - By mention Mimir - Can read image We use gpt-4-turbo-preview and gpt4-vision to enhance Mimir's capabilities to receive wider context window and faster response. To evaluate how well the RAG goes by using TruLens to ensure Mimir give the right context, especially when dealing question that sourced from Moderator answers.
