Instead of asking a fixed set of questions, our chatbot can generate questions based on user description, thenask personalized questions specific to each user, based on their context. It can also have a dialogue with the user to get deeper feedback, leading to a more engaging and interactive experience. We believe that this approach will result in higher response rates, better quality data, and a more enjoyable experience for users. Additionally, the results from the survey can be analyzed by the AI language model for sentiment analysis and grading the users' overall experience in a structured format.
