Our project aims to develop an advanced sales ai agent equipped with a chatbot that utilizes IBM Granite models to create personalized automated customer interactions for CRM. By leveraging the power of AI, the agent builds detailed psyche profiles of clients from a huge swath of digital info sources, for example, a Chopper bike company selling to a motorcycle enthusiast like Keanu Reeves, based on their preferences, background and past interactions. This solution will not only engage users through appropriate natural language conversations but also provide agents with valuable insights and support tools to enhance customer satisfaction. Features include: 1. User-friendly interface that displays chat history and a chat section 2. Relevant support information - including sales metrics, customer personas and profiles 3. Current goals being tracked by ai agent These ensure seamless communication and fostering a deeper connection between the brand and select customers.
