How Inqube AI Works
Inqube AI, powered by the IBM Granite Model, is a competitor analysis tool that provides deep insights into products and services. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: User Input
Users enter:

Product name.

Two-letter country code.

Number of search results, YouTube videos, and comments to analyze.

Select ‘Service’ or ‘Product’.

Step 2: Web Search
The Serper tool searches the web for product/service details like name, price, and link.

Step 3: Web Scraping
The product link is processed by Crew AI’s ScrapeWebsiteTool to extract detailed information from the webpage.

Step 4: YouTube Analysis
The product name is passed to the YouTube API to find related videos. Video transcripts are extracted using youtube_transcript_api, and comments are collected for sentiment analysis.

Step 5: AI Analysis
Collected data—transcripts, scraped content, and product details—are passed to the IBM Granite Model (granite-3-8b-instruct). It generates a detailed analysis, including SWOT, pros/cons, and sentiment. This repeats for all search results.

Step 6: Final Output
Insights are consolidated using the IBM Granite Model. Key metrics (price, ratings, offers) are visualized using Plotly bar graphs. A pie chart shows positive vs. negative comments for sentiment analysis.
