Built for the Gemma Lablab Hackathon, the tool leverages the advanced conversational capabilities of Gemma LLM to act as a neutral and empathetic mediator, guiding participants toward mutual understanding and resolution. The mediation process begins by identifying the roles of the participants: the individual raising the concern and the person responding to it. The application dynamically adapts its responses, ensuring that each party feels heard, acknowledged, and supported.
