Gemma Conflict Mediator is an innovative AI-powered platform designed to resolve interpersonal conflicts through structured, role-specific dialogue. Built for the Gemma Lablab Hackathon, the tool leverages the advanced conversational capabilities of Gemma LLM to act as a neutral and empathetic mediator, guiding participants toward mutual understanding and resolution.

The mediation process begins by identifying the roles of the participants: the individual raising the concern and the person responding to it. The application dynamically adapts its responses, ensuring that each party feels heard, acknowledged, and supported. Whether addressing personal misunderstandings or workplace conflicts, the AI mediator offers thoughtful prompts and questions to foster constructive discussions.
