Built with advanced technologies like Python, Flask, and PyTorch, Zajil handles high volumes of interactions efficiently and cost-effectively. Initially targeting 15 restaurants, it aims to replace traditional customer service roles across various sectors. Future plans include making Zajil accessible via phone and enhancing human-like interaction capabilities, setting new standards for scalable and reliable customer service.
