KiddyCorner is a Social Skills and emotional learning app designed to help kids ages 5-10  manage, express, and understand their emotions, and learn ways to solve challenges and problems through fun learning experiences. With KiddyCorner, kids can journal about their feelings, practice conversations, and engage in fun games and exercises, ensuring they develop emotional intelligence and other essential emotional skills.
Our features are:
Emotion Journaling and Mindfulness Exercises: Kids can journal about their feelings and practice mindfulness through exercises generated based on their entries. This helps them reflect on their emotions and learn coping strategies.
Interactive Story Game: The app crafts personalized interactive stories using data from the child’s interactions. It presents a story scenario, asks the child questions, and provides an ending with a moral based on their responses.
Chatbot for Communication Practice: A chatbot allows kids to practice conversational skills and express themselves in a safe, interactive environment.
Song Generation for Emotional Learning: Songs are created to teach emotional intelligence concepts, making learning about emotions engaging and memorable.
Social Skills Practice: The app generates scenarios where kids can practice social skills. They receive feedback on their responses, helping them improve their interpersonal abilities.
Parent Reports: Parents receive reports on their child’s emotional and social development based on their interactions with the app, providing insights into their progress and areas for improvement.
