This project enables real-time AI-powered phone support using Twilio’s voice APIs integrated with a web dashboard. When a user calls the assigned phone number, an AI assistant answers the call, interacts with the user, and logs the entire conversation. At the end of the call, the system automatically creates a support ticket using the collected data (name, phone, email, etc.), sends a confirmation email (if available), and immediately displays it in the support web interface. The setup leverages Flask, FastAPI, and ngrok for local development and webhook routing. Key features include live transcription, AI conversation handling, and real-time logging. The integration is ideal for startups or businesses looking to automate Level 1 support without sacrificing customer experience. Built for the Lablab Trae Hackathon, this solution emphasizes seamless backend coordination and frontend usability, showcasing how AI can simplify customer service processes.
