Thanks to AI, it can:
- Show users the way - Claude will read the list of channel names and descriptions and respond to user with the channel that is the most appropriate for their query.
- Analyse logs - The bot can download recent messages from a user and analyse them for breaches of guidelines or unprofessional behaviour. It can also analyse channel history and give a rundown of important information.
- Decision-making - When analysing user messages, Claude considers the severity of guideline breaches and suggest a course of action. This will help admins decide if a ban/kick is justified.
- General user support - Claude can answer discord-related questions, with the option of asking followup questions (within a limit).
- Message translation - Claude can translate messages to multiple languages.
