Amalia is a service that allows you to organize categories of messages and classify such messages (which can arrive by email, or another messaging service or social network) for those categories, in such a way as to simplify the analysis and prioritization process to respond to the users/customers.
Currently, we rely on forms to send a customer service request or communicate with specific messaging channels. Still, there is one for each area of the organization, making it difficult for the user to know who to write to, and if they report to the wrong area, moving the message can make the process more bureaucratic. Amalia reduces all that time by analyzing the content of the message and specifying the category/area of the request received.
