HospiBot focuses on developing an AI-driven system designed to enhance hospital management and streamline critical processes, utilizing three specialized agents to coordinate patient care efficiently. Each agent is tailored to handle specific aspects of hospital operations: assigning doctors, evaluating ICU needs, and managing pharmacy tasks. Together, these agents automate decision-making processes, reducing the workload on human staff and ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate medical attention.

The first agent, the Doctor Assigning Agent, listens to patient symptoms and assesses their needs to assign the most suitable doctor. It understands different medical specializations and the severity of the patient's condition, ensuring that the right healthcare professional is chosen for each case. This step reduces manual intervention, speeds up the patient intake process, and minimizes delays.

The second agent, the ICU Assigning Agent, evaluates whether a patient requires intensive care based on the severity of their condition. It factors in key indicators from patient descriptions or vital signs to determine the urgency and need for critical care. This allows the system to prioritize ICU beds efficiently, ensuring that patients in need of urgent attention are allocated appropriate resources without delay.

The third agent is the Pharmacy Agent, responsible for managing medication and treatment plans. It processes prescriptions and makes sure that the correct medications are available for each patient, facilitating communication between doctors and pharmacists. By automating the pharmacy-related tasks, this agent ensures that patients receive their medications promptly.

Together, these three agents form a cohesive AI system that manages hospital workflows, ensuring smooth coordination between medical staff and optimized patient care. This system not only improves efficiency in hospital operations but also enhances the quality of care patients receive.
